SoundSaw app updated to version 1.2

This update brings new presets, improves the app's audio engine and makes some of the controls more convenient. Also some minor bugs were fixed.

In this demo: Casio CZ-101 with Akai MFC42 (analog filter module) processed by SoundSaw (distortions) and AltiSpace 2 (convolution reverb) apps on iPad.
