- You can assign up to nine samples for fast loading into the loop, as well as save a recorded loop as a sample and to an external accessible file.
- MIDI controls or Audio unit parameters can be used to load samples.
- An option in the settings allows you to make the Sampler panel the application's start screen.
- Input/output and loop recorder parameters are now saved as application (audio unit) state and do not change when switching presets.
- Built-in description has been significantly updated (also available as PDF file on the application site).
- Some improvements and fixing a few minor bugs.

Hi. I just purchased Spacefields app - most functions are working and making sense. But…. sampler function is not writing out captured samples (WAV etc) to Files as described in manual. Directory is created, but no files populate it - bug? Where can I find out? Thx!
ReplyDeleteYou can save the currently recorded or imported loop to a cell and at the same time a wav file that containing this loop will be created in the "SpaceFields" directory. For that, on the sampler panel, tap the "S-Save" button, then tap the cell in which you want to save the loop. The current loop will be saved to this cell and to a file. Note that you cannot save an empty loop.
DeleteHaving the same issue, the audio file is NOT saved
DeleteUnfortunately, audio units have some limitations when performing file operations. Saving files works ok when the app is standalone, but doesn't work in audio unit mode. I will try to find and fix it in the next update, which will be released soon.
